Why offer a service if you're going to pass the buck. If I take my car to the mechanics and it gets stolen, it's my fault? That's what you're telling me. I even talk to the female and she told me to use the number I called to text me the issues I was having. I did and still nothing. Just saying if you offer a service be upfront that you can't do anything about instead of giving people false information after taking their money.
