Nevertheless, I thought I should give them one more shot and I couldn't have been more wrong! I used their services again recently. It was absolutely the worst. Over 8 mistakes were made in one document. Bare in mind, the document was already mostly in English. Only a few things needed to be translated. I emailed Madonna back with the correct information and translation. I expressed my concerns as follows " I do want to mention that I am extremely disappointed by the translation that was provided. I paid for a professional service instead I am doing all the work. This is very unprofessional and frankly unacceptable". All I received in return are 2 words: "My apology".
