Fall 2014: I agree with the previous poster. I am a cheerleading coach who has been trying to order warm-ups and other attire since July and still have not received my entire order. Every time I try to ask what is going on, I have to call/email several times before I get a response with days in between. Even when I receive a response the story is always changing. The order was lost, the warm-ups just didn't ship, now they're not even ready. Avoid this company! Terrible customer service. 1/28/15 Update: I've noticed that Yelp has not recommended every single review of this company, which is either very suspicious or coincidental. I'm not sure what goes into Yelp's recommendation procedure, but I can attest that my experience was 100% genuine and honest. Throughout my cheerleading season I really struggled to work with this company, and only after extreme effort on my part did I ever see any resolution. Ordered my daughter a dance bag with embroidery on it. It's been 21 days since the order and it's still in production. Order actually states: "All decorated products are made to order. Production time for decorated (art added) products can be 12-14 days..." This would indicate that it normally takes less time than the 12-14 days. We'll see when I actually get the bag. read more

I ordered through my daughters team a pair of warm up's that are swimming on her. After contacting GTM sportswear to exchange them for a smaller size I was told the person who placed the order had to exchange them. I informed GTM that the season had ended and I've attempted to contact the coach with no response. I even have the customer number and infomation on a picture that I took of the team order form. You would think with an order the size that it was that GTM would have a way to help parents out on returning/ exchanging their merchandise. read more

Here is an update to this never ending nonsense from GTM. After I filed a formal case with the BBB and have an investigation started as to the shady business practices of GTM with the AG, GTM reported to the BBB that they are refunding me the "full retail price" of the garments even though I purchased them from the closeout section at a discounted price IMPLYING to the BBB that they are giving me MORE money back than I spent. Here are the facts: I purchased 4 garments from the closeout section and GTM DENIED the return of those garments therefor I could not/did not send them back! I did return the garments that were NOT closeouts and now GTM has the garments (USPS confirmed delivery) and now GTM is telling me it will take close to a month to send me a check!!! They lied to the BBB and have given me the run around for what will end up being 2 months and I STILL do not have my money. In addition to GTM lying to the BBB, they lied to the public in a previous thread when they said I canceled my credit card payment yet they were still issuing me a refund via check??? who the hell would send a refund if someone canceled the payment to the business? BUYERS BE WARE and STAY AWAY from this company. I have researched GTM and they have over 200 negative reviews on line most of which have to do with shady refund practices! read more

I ordered a hoodie from GTM Sportswear. I accessed their store through TeamSnap app (Team store). When I received the hoodie it was definitely a very large sweater... On the app it does not disclose whether it is a man-size or a woman size it doesn't show measurements... I figured that it would be okay and if not I could return or exchange it that was not the case when I contacted customer service. I asked to speak with a manager regarding the problem with the app... They said the manager was not available and they would pass my information along... And someone would possibly contact me but said that their managers are very busy and most likely would not have time. I will definitely be telling everyone I know about this experience! read more

This company uses TeamSnap to market spirit wear and is very deceptive. I ordered two shirts from what I was marketed to as my son's baseball team store. It wasn't the team logo and was not opened by anyone on our team. Once I received the shirts and realized that they were not our team logo, or anything like our team spiritemwear I attempted to return them. The company would not accept the return, or even accept the charge back from my credit card company. Beware. I was lucky to only lose $38. read more

I was told a supervisor would contact me. Never happened. I gave up and simply reordered. 2 weeks later nothing. Just called again and its on back order now. I'm a colorguard director. We placed our order in June. It's now October and no warm ups or bags. We paid in full and still get the run around. Every time I call, I'm on hold for 15-20 mins. If I do get ahold of someone, I'm told my order is in "production" and will be shipped next week. It's unfair to my students who paid and to me as a customer. They should be ashamed of themselves. Our dance coach has been getting the run around since June from GTM Sportswear. Here we are mid- September and our newly formed dance team has not received their customized sportswear ( uniforms, warm-ups). The season will be over before they get their correct uniforms, if then. I can't complain as someone is unloading many unused GTM items with tags on them at the local recycling center & I got one that had zippers I gently fixed, a wind breaker in a nice pastel shade. I wouldn't have afforded it but it is clean, with tags & zippers that need TLC. Sorry that the company GTM messed up so many people who trusted them. Complaint Description: Kansas based GTM rips off TEXAS volunteer team mom My name is Cynthia Cox. I was a parent volunteer for RCASA (a youth football and cheer organization) several years back. This organization ultimately failed, and left a large open debt with their cheer uniform vendor, GTM. The president, founder, of this organization - Spenser Gilbert filed bankruptcy, and now GTM has entered a judgment against me (a volunteer with no ties to RCASA bank, money, or finances)for $4700 to stay on my credit until 2018. GTM's attorneys have offered to remove the judgment from my personal credit if I pay them $500. This isn't my debt to pay. My credit is RUINED for 4 years because I volunteered my time. I just want this judgment removed from my credit. This company is ruthless and cruel to the honest people that volunteer their time. read more

This company Moto for customer service is a joke. We ordered uniforms for our team to be delivered the week before. They shipped us an incomplete order missing jackets. Not only did we ask for the shipping #, we called several times to check the order and was insured all was good. Needless to say they never contacted us that the size was not in stock. Their only resolve was to ship blank jackets because to embroider like we paid for and ordered will take a week because they are behind and must fill the other orders. So our order which was not done is not as important as the the orders they have waiting. This company is a joke. The rep who assisted us also did not agree with the resolve. She leaving the company. I ordered a few items for my daughter, who is a middle school cheerleader. Even using their measurements, several items did not fit. I promptly returned them and received invoices on 12/12/17 indicating that a refund was due. I didn't receive my refund. So, I emailed them around Feb 20, 2018. I got a response saying I was owed a refund, it would be issued, and it could take up to 14 business days. Today, I still have no refund (it has been 19 business days). This company is a mess. Complete and utter mess. Someone needs to teach the CEO how to run a business. Don't use the TeamStore.. you don't get your items for over 6-8 weeks. Don't order warmups, they take almost 2 months to get. Don't order uniforms unless you order then 6 months in advance. The order is not always correct, the timing is terrible, the customer service is absolutely horrible. I give it a few years and they should be out of business. Buyers Beware! The return policy is only good on defective items, not on items that are not the correct size! This would help if they had a sizing chart that was available to men AND women, instead of generic sizes. Additionally, once a logo is on your item, they will NOT take it back! I am stuck with a jacket that I am definitely unhappy with, and they did NOTHING ABOUT IT! Their customer service personnel was NOT helpful. Totally agree with the above!! Absolutley awful company! Products are very nice if you ever get them. Every order I have placed with them they have messed up, and I had to constantly call them and fix the order. Only reason I ordered from them a second time is b/c I need 3 more uniforms and didn't want to search all over to get the exact match to what we had. I am a cheer coach and this company has tainted our entire season. We ordered our warmups weeks in advance and received them very late. Then we found out they were incomplete and missing details we had paid extra for. I have talked to so many customer service reps and keep getting a different story. No one gives a clear answer or seems genuinely apologetic. Three months later (season over) and we still have not gotten our jackets. Now they are saying they no longer have the jackets in stock when we paid for them on the spot! Terrible company and even worse customer service! read more

The worst experience with this company ever. Representatives do not answer emails or phone calls. When you call customer service they tell you "I will leave a message with your representative" which doesn't help because they never call back. Uniform tops had to be replaced after football season because rhinestones were falling off. They replaced them for free but took over 3 months to get them back to us.. We were made several promises that were never kept including the fact that we would have them in 4 weeks. We were told all of the following: "The order was never put in", "The tops were made but then they lost them", "The tops were found in a wear house but mysteriously could not be sent to us for another month." This company has horrible business etiquette/skills. It took me 2 weeks of "working" with them on a simple t-shirt order for me to realize it was never going to get done. They say that you will receive your order in 2 weeks but once you talk with someone that is not even true- it's 2 weeks plus shipping time and that's AFTER you have gotten the order finalized and approved.The approval process was taking weeks and was still not completed after I stated my concerns. When I got a response they were unapologetic and unwilling to try and make things right. They exhibited terrible customer service when I was really motivated to do business with them. This company was incredibly frustrating to deal with. The jackets I ordered for marching band were not ready until nearly the end of the season. When the jackets arrived, letters fell off and jackets had to be re-ordered. The customer service was not helpful. I had to talk to multiple people for extended periods of time to try to get my issues resolved. After all of that I was over charged and had to spend additional time trying to resolve the bill. read more
