They have a pit underneath and no need for a lift so you can just sit in your car and wait. Eddy guided me into the bay and got me started. He was professional and had great communication. He showed me the old oil on the disptick before Joseph got to work on the oil change. He has done them on my husband's vehicle before so I knew I was in good hands. The whole process took less than 20 minutes and cost about 20% less than the dealership quoted me. He made sure to check the tire pressure and Emma was kind enough to clean my windshield before I left. This location has great customer service, good prices and a very short wait. I will be coming here for all of my oil changes and I highly recommend them.

I had it towed to the shop at 1pm and met with the owner (Kassi) and he diagnosed the probable causes, located a couple parts to have them on hand before last delivery time of the day to make sure we had all options covered. He called to confirm pricing, and then had the car ready with both alternator, battery, and other items replaced and serviced and ready for me all before 5pm. Amazing job in 4-hours, from arrival to pick-up, to sourcing the parts, to installation! I was back on the road driving back to Southern California with my car running great. I was not rushed or pressured. I took my time to decide on which add-on services to include. I am appreciative of the patience. One of the young men, James, is superb at his job and knows it very well. He is outstanding, and deserves a pat on the back. The management is effective and courteous. Even when you call on the phone to ask a million questions, before arriving. The price points are standard, around the same as all the other places. The actual service was quite rapid. That shop told me that by the time they diagnose which belt was making the noise, it would cost significantly more money. They asked me to choose which belt to repair, and so I opted for all three to make sure the goal was accomplished. They charged $450 to replace them all, but sure enough, two weeks later, screeching started up again, and with a vengeance. I decided this time to try Midas since that other shop failed me. I was serviced by Mike, and he actually treated me like a human being! They took the time to diagnose the issue - it wasn't any of the belts, it was the pulley. Then, they replaced my key fob battery for free since they had a spare at the office. I was charged $297 for the diagnosis and pulley replacement. These guys are good, I hope they continue the same management for a long time because now my steering wheel turns very easily and noise is done and the service is wonderful and at a price that doesn't break me like the rip off I received from next door.
