This past month, Guardian roofing installed a Tilecor metal roof for us. We were extremely pleased with our whole experience. From our initial meeting with Brent Woody, the owner, we felt we were dealing with a honest, caring representative. He listened to our needs and concerns. He even delayed starting our install while we finished up some projects. Brent was prompt in replying to our texts and emails. He was willing to answer even the smallest, trite question. Our install was done in 1 week. We were pleased that they covered up all of our landscaping, put plywood up on our lanai roof so that most of the debris wouldn't get into our pool, cleaned up at the end of every day and put protective edging over our gutters. Every day, Brent was usually on site overseeing their work. We appreciated having him around in case there was a problem or if a question came up. Not too many companies can say they have the owner onsite. We're very happy with our decision to use Guardian Roofing and having a metal roof installed. It will hold up better in a major wind/rain event or hurricane, cuts down energy costs, less weight on our roof and it saves us money with our insurance premium. Guardian roofing had a quick response via Yelp and that is it. They scheduled to come out in the morning between 10:30-11 and never showed. I called the office 3 times and left a voicemail only to hear back at 11:30 that there was a miscommunication and they weren't coming. So the secretary said they would definitely make it out the next day and would call me to let me know when ASAP. The next day, a Friday, they were supposed to come between 3:30-4:30. At 3:09 the office staff called and said the estimator was 45 minutes away and would call when he was closer. At 4:50 I called and left a message because no one had arrived. Office closes at 5. And I still haven't heard back. If you have oodles of time to waste and aren't expecting anyone to come ever, this is probably the right company for you. read more
