Each month on the same day, I'd call to have them run my card which they had on file. There were no variations in fee or taxes or anything...just a flat fee. It's also in a great spot...right by the Turkey Hill off the main street in Emmaus. When I moved to a home that had space to store, I notified them and she was very pleasant. Just asked me to slide the lock (which she had loaned me) in the mailbox slot on my way out. I would use them again and recommend them as well.
