I had the worst experience with the real state. They promised to clean the rented apartment after…read morewe closed the contract and it didn't happen. Then, I had a couple of items that were not working because when I visited the apartment it didn't have electricity. I requested them to fix the stove and the gas heaters, they never contacted us back. After a couple of weeks I received the notification that the request was closed without the completion of the work. After all that, I finished my contract and returned a much cleaner apartment, then they try to trick me with an interpretation of the contract saying that the apartment needed to be re-painted. I do not recommend this company and I hope will never use them ever!!!
