The first time after completing the case, ligoris firm decided to charge me an additional 3.5k for supplies used during my case that took nearly 3 years to settle. My case manager was never in the office and took weeks to respond to emails or calls. That 3.5k on top of the percentage he charges was disgraceful, real CHEAP firm. It was an easy case; in my view they did not need to add more fees, and I felt taken advantage of.. It was bad enough I waited so long but to take more money truly made no sense, only conclusion I could come to is that they needed it more than me. SCUMBAG! The second time I was unconscious for days and for whatever reason my family reached out to his office on my behalf. I was disappointed when I woke up finally, but if it made my family feel useful i didn't have the energy to fight it. The investigator was cool. I asked for help on a couple of things a couple of weeks after the investigator came. They again took their time responding and when they did, they ignored my requests. I ended up getting a call about 3 weeks from the first time I had spoke with the case manager, this time it was a random guy on a call saying: they did not want to represent me, and I felt it was because my case was not financially worthwhile to them! I needed so much help at that time it blew my mind how they could be so cruel. They are a law firm who is supposed to be for the client and instead, were all about the almighty dollar! I would never suggest chris ligoris firm to anybody. Use literally anyone else or represent yourself if possible. In my case, I was charged an additional 3.5k I did not expect, and I personally felt taken advantage of. Real piece of work this firm. He then says, "OH, give me your name again & what's ur first name".
