DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR PROBATES !!! With a valid will, it was contested, and Eric Days allowed the other party's lawyer to dictate terms. He didn't know the steps to properly file the documents with the court (i.e. a resident agent), he didn't file timely motions or objections. He would tell me he had set up hearings which he never did, adding delays and expense. He promised the judge and me during a hearing he would complete the filing to admit to the will to probate, and he never did. Plus, he had the indecency to charge me for work he never did. I had to hire another attorney to undo the mess he made with this estate, costing me more money and time and distress. read more

We reached out to Guerra Days Law Group based on a google search and good reviews there. We explained our situation to the receptionist who said it sounds like they would be able to help. So we put down the $500 retainer and they scheduled an appointment for us for a 2 hour allotted zoom conference. Sergio listened to our situation (which he already had all the documents to review prior to our call), only for him to tell us the paperwork didn't "protect" us. He could not provide any further guidance/suggestions, however he was going to check in with a colleague and call us back. He spent all of 30-40 minutes with us on the call. Now, it has been over TWO MONTHS and WE NEVER HEARD BACK. We tried calling, and everything goes unanswered. Absolutely unprofessional. All they did was take our $500 for no advice/no help. We trusted them only to be left disappointed and heartbroken for losing $500. The least he could of done was return our phone call out of professionalism.. read more
