Contacted them to put the year of my mothers death on the headstone in mid June 2021 Here it is almost 4 months later and nothing has been done. Have contacted them quite a few times as nothing has been done. I know wit Covid and etc but come on really ! They took over this business as well as Sayles Funeral home. Sayles was not a good business either to deal with . Rodney Sayles changed the times on the burial of my father in mid 1990's My family was told when setting up the day and time "ONCE YOU SET THE TIME YOU CAN"T CHANGE IT!" The day of they changed the time and failed to contact us.. Said they tried to contact us but no Voice mail ,email etc. So guess the new owners are not much better than Sayles The Original owners of Guest were great to do business with .
