We were having problems with our filtration system having no pressure. They stated they would come out on Monday, between, 10 AM and 10:30 AM. At 10:18 AM, the water man arrives. 1 hour later, all is beautiful---service charge $50.00. Further, they arrange to take care of my water system every 6 months and to contact us. Now my water system has full pressure, and perfect, clear, tasty water.

Mr. Rooter's service technicians came out on fairly short notice because our water heater had been…read moreout for almost a week, and we had not been able to get any help from our home warranty company, Liberty Home Guard. Mr. Rooter's technicians came out at about 6:30 on a Friday afternoon to diagnose the problem. They were unable to replace the bad water heater right then, but did fix it so we could temporarily get hot water over the weekend. They brought out a new water heater on Monday morning and installed it. The technicians were friendly but professional, very competent, fast and efficient, and did an excellent job, all the while keeping in mind they were performing the work for us--the customer. (So many service providers these days just want to get the job done and get the check without regard for quality or service.) They were sincerely dedicated to making sure we had good quality equipment installed perfectly and to our satisfaction. They are now our go-to plumbers.

That would have been $890 to unplug drain, called another plumber did snake for $125. Job completed in 1hour . I'll stick with plumber that I used more reasonable price.
