Very unprofessional it took her 6 years to learn how to spell our name, she consistently got land titles wrong, she added a year and a half to the sale of the land. I think the worst was filing documents with the court that were incorrect and fraudulent. After meetings were had with the judge and agreements were made she threw up barriers preventing us from proceeding. Consistently ignored deadlines. She offered to do legal work for me while representing my ex. The only time she acted was when a judge or the law society was looking over her shoulder. Should be disbarred. Since I first wrote this I found out that Ms. Fitzsimmons put a gag order on the company that we were insured with after my ex put in a claim. No one would give me any information on the claim for wind damage on the family farm that was still in joint names, at the same time she was badgering me to sign off on the policy when nothing was settled. This went on for a year and a half. While she is doing things that are questionable legally they are unethical to say the least
