We went through Guild Mortgage in Wenatchee to secure our new home loan. The process was super fast and painless. Bill Berman was a pleasure to work with and he explained every part of the process from start to finish. Closing was delayed for a couple of days through no fault of Guild, yet he met us at the title company near closing on the very day the funds were released and was there with us after hours so that we could move in on Christmas eve.
