Granted, we did a walk through the apartment to check all was ok, but to be honest I wouldn't be checking every nook and cranny during the 2min, there is a certain level of expectation that professional businesses know what they're doing. They only have a 2 day re-clean guarantee, which meant we could not get them back by the time we got our check out inventory report (we were 1 day late). I also had to chase them 2 days for the invoice, which should have been done at time of me paying for the service. We needed to supply this to the check out inventory clerk and our letting agent. Hence the star taken off.

They were rude to the family member who let them in and made her feel very uncomfortable. The cleaning job itself was not a 'deep clean', pretty poor really. However, they were so careless they splashed cleaning products over the oak worktop and left it on the surface. This badly damaged the worktop, leaving chemicals burns/marks all over it. What was perhaps more upsetting was the response from the office upon reporting the issue, saying they 'do not use products that can cause damage' which clearly is a lie as the worktop was in perfect condition before they arrived (as I sanded and oiled in a few days prior for forthcoming tenants). Once this company has your money they simply do not care, I would advise anyone considering using them to not give money to such an awful group of people. It will now cost me more time and money to fix the damage they have made, a very frustrating experience.

I paid £100 for 6 hours work to clean my flat and from what I can see the oven, the fridge and the bath tub have been cleaned and nothing else. Is this a joke? The flat hasn't even been hoovered, and I feel like the cleaners must have been there for no more than an hour. They were also 45 minutes late meaning I was late for work. Spoke with the manager of the company who seemed completely uninterested - refused to give any refund or offer to clean the flat to the standards any reasonable person would expect.
