It is gratifying to have shared this with the community. Our class grew exponentially in no time. I am grateful to have been privileged to support. I have supported Stanford University for many years . Leading classes elect in Yogic practice for people with limited mobility, undeniably special concentration and training in Physics. Medical attention is provided and particular. The school has taught me more in life than any teaching experience that I could have imagined or taught. This practice has gone down hill even more since it was bought out and the office staff are incompetent. My youngest just started high school and somehow, his middle school lost his vaccination records so I called MPPMG to obtain a copy for the school. They would not give me access to their portal since my health child had not been seen in 2 years. They were willing to fax the records to the high school so whatever. What they didn't send was the full vaccination record so I got a letter from the school saying there were missing required vaccines. My husband called and made an appointment to get the vaccine and given a 9:30am appointment. When he arrived with our child, he told them he was here for a 9:30am appointment and he & my child were taken back for vitals and then put in an exam room where they waited for quite a while before someone from the front desk came back and said the appointment was actually at 10:30am. My husband ask the woman if that was the case, why didn't they say anything when he checked in and why were they taken back to a room. He also told her he wanted her to know that this wasn't his fault and he would like to get out of there in a timely manner. In the end, my kid didn't even need any shots so the appointment was a huge waste of time. And today we received a letter stating that due to a recent interaction, they have fired my children as patients and will no longer see them. My husband was not rude and did not raise his voice at any point, which is why I felt to compelled to write this review. It should serve as a warning to anyone considering taking their kids here. They mess up, don't sent the complete vaccination records to the school, tell us the incorrect appointment time and now they won't treat our kids. I could see if voices were raised and foul language was used but this was a normal interaction yet this is how they respond.

He not only treats me but also both of my children. He provides expert neurological care and as other people have commented, has provided valuable medical advice in other areas too. He even was able to point out when my daughter fragmented her foot, which spurred us to go get an x-ray to confirm that she had indeed broken her foot and led to us seek care to treat that ailment. Dr Huntley truly cares so much and treats his patients like family. I've seen him over the years go above and beyond to provide care, offer support and guidance. I had a horrible experience with this office. My son's pediatrician referred us to Dr. Dahlstrom. A…read morecouple days later, they called on my cell phone to set up an appointment. We got there and the doctor talked to me for a half hour about my son's condition, didn't address my son, and didn't examine him. He gave us an over-the-counter prescription and told us to come back in 6 weeks. That was fine. I expected my son would be examined next time. We made the appointment for 6 weeks out and I asked if they make reminder calls. The receptionist said, "Yes." Six weeks later, I got a call that we had missed our appointment and would be charged a late fee. Even if they didn't make the reminder call, I know it's my responsibility, but I asked if they would please waive the fee since it was the first time and I had expected a reminder call. The girl said no. They would not waive the fee and said they had called me. I did not receive the call or a message, but she insisted that they had called and it was my responsibility to make the appointment regardless of whether they called or not. It turns out they had a different number on file for me. I do not understand how that happened since they had called me for the first appointment and called me to notify me of the no show fee. Later, I received a bill. I called the office to pay the bill. The receptionist said that I needed to call the billing office to pay it, but wouldn't give me the number. I was out so I didn't have the actual bill with me. The receptionist insisted that I needed to refer to my bill to get the number. So, I waited until I got home, called the billing office, and payed the bill. A month later, I received a bill for the same visit and late charge. I called the billing office to sort it out and they have no record of my payment even though it is on my bank statement. I payed the full balance a month before. It turns out, when someone calls the billing office to pay a bill, they fax the information to the doctor's office to process the transaction? I'm not surprised they messed that one up. I have yet to hear if they have sorted this payment issue out. Unfortunately, now we have to find another doctor for my son. Dr. Dahlstrom's reception is unorganized and unwilling to help patients. If you want a smooth doctor's visit in your busy life where you have to juggle many different things, find another doctor.
