Your "multi point inspection" seems to have missed several points This guitar appears to be a used returned one that was hastily boxed and shipped out. I had expected a new guitar in New condition.  Sent them a video of the pick up moving around ready to fall out and a Pic of the back cover where you can clearly see the corner missing. They responded with that the pickup leaning over is normal They didn't see any damage on the cover. Trying to get you not to believe your own lying eyes. Horrible way to treat a customer.
