Today is the day the attendant demanded that all patrons obey the sign, with the temperature at a biting 20 degrees. So my child had to withstand the cold while I filled up. Well, that's not entirely true. I didn't fill up. My $60 sale quickly turned into a $10 sale. I'll get the rest somewhere else, and I won't be back, unless I'm on fumes.

But in my heart, I knew I was just going to get the sausage, egg, and cheese on croissant ($2.19) and breakfast scrambler ($0.99). I mean, i can get gas when we're on our way home later tonight...but I can't get my breakfast at that time. The scrambler is basically an over-sized hash brown with egg inside and it is a nice complement to something...say, the sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant. The croissant is so buttery and I like the white american cheese they use. It's got me hooked. Just as a note: I've tried other sandwiches of theirs that use bagels, but I'd skip those. The bagels are kinda chewy and heavy, whereas the croissant is fluffy, buttery goodness through and through. Gas is regularly 30 cents cheaper per gallon than in the city, and if you get a Turkey Hill Rewards card (free), you get an additional 3 cents knocked off the price. Open 24/7, friendly staff, blah blah blah. Nothing bad to say at all about this location.
