We FaceTimed and showed him the valve configuration. He sent us a parts list with cost and we used Venmo to send him the money to purchase the parts. I was referred to this company by Home Depot's ProReferral program. The worker showed up in an…read moreunmarked van and installed an icemaker. He charged me more than the quote, but I figured it had taken more time. He said he would send a receipt but never did. Home Depot contacted the owner and gave him 24 hours to get in touch with me. He never did. The icemaker won't stop making ice, so now I don't know if the problem is the new icemaker or if it was installed incorrectly. Apparently, the owner has still not responded to Home Depot.
