The frustration is coming in to the printing services now a second time and then the employee tells you they don't know how to use the system at all (hits now i am a employee not getting paid to train your staff- make it make now I'm an employee night, since leadership )and hoping that they print on your labels correctly so that you don't rest any more time or paper.not sure what's going on or if this location is under new management, but we have to do better and how we train our employees and make sure that the communication and clear so that there's a proper expectation. It is frustrating that the staff argues with you after sharing they dont know how to use the system. Smh and then turns the screen back to you to figure out which label needs to be printed out. This also may be a personal growth for me and learning more patients. As a small business owner, you have to learn to work with other people, regardless of their lack of customer service skills.

Sensing a long wait I decided to return another day. Two days later I was third in line and another customer got on line behind me. The same lady was at the print desk. After waiting a few minutes watching the discussion at the desk the phone rang and the print desk lady picked it up and began conversation with the caller. I looked around the store and realized that no other employees would be assisting. I left the line and sought out a manager who was near the registers. I described the situation and explained that the customers that came to the store and were waiting in line had to now wait for the person who called to be helped first. I told him how wrong this was in terms of business practice and common courtesy. He never asked how he could help and I left the store. I won't be returning because I don't patronize businesses that treat customers this way.
