Lately I feel as though I've been giving away 4/5 stars like my life depended on it! Lol. However and maybe because I'm in that field, I understand and appreciate customer service so much. I also believe in motivating others in the industry, so if my review of great service encourages even more awesome service, my work here is done. I went in to use their loo and came out with a smile, a pep in my step and a jumbo hotdog. When I walked in the worker was wiping down tables and it looked and smelled so nice and clean. After exchanging greetings I asked to use their toilet facility without purchasing anything and he pleasantly pointed it out to me. On my return I ordered a hotdog and a drink and during the entire exchange he was so naturally good natured and yet very professional. I didn't want to leave. Did I tell you how much I enjoy great customer service? Before leaving I complimented him on his wonderful attitude and made good use of a little tip jar I saw on the counter. I felt like doing a *fist pump* after this experience. Did I tell you how much I appreciate customer service??? And the hotdog tasted great too! I will always stop here once I'm in this area. Let adel pump the gas while I go inside a grab a few goodies before heading back to new York . Got Mr pickles a big plump hot dog which he enjoyed very much minus the bun and I got gas and a large diet coke with a no salt pretzel . 4 stars on my yelp meter and glad that I needed gas before heading home , Mr pickles would agree giving 4 stars to the Sunoco in fort lee .

I've never had anything negative to say about the attendants. The store is small but sufficient, and has all the snacks you expect for a road trip. Getting out can be a little more challenging if you're not pointed at the road, but once you navigate around the pumps, people are actually pretty good about letting you merge in.

It's a efficient service actually, considering he was serving another customer besides us. Same as other gas stations, they have snacks and soft drinks for purchase, and body shop right in the station. It's convenient even when you are in the hurry.

I handed the attendant my credit card and asked him to fill up my tank. The attendant proceeded to swipe my card and pump the gas. He handed me a receipt for $19.07 and I went on my way. I came to find out that an additional transaction was charged to my account in the amount of $125, which I immediately disputed to my card's financial institution. This disgusting excuse for a human being is trying to use an honest living to exercise a very dishonest practice. Pay cash only. I have attached a copy of my receipt so that Speedway may conduct its own independent investigation as to the culprit of this theft. A police report will follow, and hopefully, an arrest as I am all but positive that this scumbag has done this before and will continue to do so if merely terminated from his job. He's probably not working the hustle alone either. PAY. CASH.
