His Practice Of Using Hormone Shots To Treat Prostate Cancer Patients Is Unbelievable, Insofar, As He Does Not Follow The Medical Billing Recommendations Of Medicare, For This Cancer Hormone Therapy In His Office By Following The Same Guidelines As Medicare States To Physicians Whenever A Claim Is Submitted On A Patient For Payment And Does Not Include The Cost Of The Hormone Drug, As He Makes His Patients Prescription Part D Plan Approve This Drug, Then Leave The Patient To Pay A Huge Co-Pay Each & Every Month For Subsequent Doses Before He Administers This Hormone Drug To Them For Future Treatments, When In Fact Medicare Specifically Request 99% Of All Urologist Performing This Procedure, To Submit The Cost Of The Approved Hormone Drug , As Well As The Bill For His Services To Be Paid Under The Patients Medicare Part B, Which Dr. Adam Ball ,Does Not Follow These Recommendations Set By Medicare! Bloodwork and a CT scan had already revealed several abnormalities, and we were referred to him for follow‑up. Our appointment was scheduled for 9:30 a.m., but despite arriving early, we weren't taken to a room until 10:40, and there was only one other patient in the office. The medical assistant asked only a few basic questions and did not gather any medical history or provide new patient paperwork. When Dr. Seeger finally came in around 11:00 a.m., he was noticeably dismissive bordering on rude at best, and only spent approximately 10 minutes with us. He also did not take a medical history or review my son's bloodwork or CT scan, nor were the reports even copied into his chart. Instead, he performed a quick urinalysis and bladder scan--tests that had already been done in the ER and we knew were negative--and disregarded the abnormal CT findings entirely. His comment was, "If he doesn't have a UTI, then nothing is wrong with him." And then he literally dismissed us. My son continues to experience significant pain, yet Dr. Seeger's only recommendation was pain management--at 17 years old, without any attempt to identify the underlying cause. That was an unacceptable answer. The lack of compassion, thoroughness, and professionalism was alarming. I left feeling that my son's concerns were ignored, and that his autism may have contributed to the dismissive treatment. This was not medical care--it was a rushed, impersonal encounter that failed to address serious health issues. I cannot recommend Dr. Seeger or this office to anyone seeking competent, attentive care.

Mind you he had been treating her for UTIs for 7 months. When we asked what was the next step, he replied "Maybe see an Oncologist." His reply to who we should see was "Just pick one out of the phone book. There are lots." After one appt with a Port St Lucie Oncologist I had my fill. We went to Moffitt Cancer Center and immediately started aggressive treatment that lasted 18 months. Because of Seegers delay in diagnosing the bladder cancer, Mom now needs a steent in her left uter and has 2 exchanges a year. Can't believe Seeger is still practicing.

I stated that was because I hadn't finished explaining the medical issues and other related issues. She is so offensive and controlling. I was stuck with their office as my primary care for a month until it could be changed the following month. Meanwhile when I called for an urgently needed referral to a cardiologist, they never got the fax # info for the cardiologist and they put me on hold for over 30 min; I finally hung up and called back; they didn't even say hello or please hold; they just slammed my call on hold again, never picked up the call or called me back; nor did they get me any of the other needed referrals that were discussed in the initial new patient appointment. Run away from this horrible office.

I was in too much pain. I called the office and tell them I couldn't complete it. I also had an appointment with her went to my appointment. She was prescribed some pain pills for my head And a muscle relaxer the made me throw up when I called to tell them I couldn't take them. Nothing else was offered for so when I had my appointment, she sent me for a MRI where I could be seated she said she'll send in the referral and they'll call Well four days went by. I called the place. She sent me two twice and twice they told me they didn't have a so when I called the office to explain that the place didn't referral and it's four days later and I'm still waiting to make an appointment. I'm in severe pain. It seems to be getting worse. They tell me I already had the MRI done a few weeks ago and I tried to explain to them and I wasn't able to complete the test that the doctor ordered a different MRI for a different place so I could be seated And when I said that whoever I was speaking to you on the phone told me well. The MRI was already ordered a few weeks ago. I don't know what to tell you and hung up the phone. I was in a little bit of I and said I still need to get the appointment with the MRI place. I'm still in a lot of pain and I need to get this appointment so she apologized to me and said she was very sorry that happened to me and that she would have doctors link or reach out to me. I waited two weeks for to call me back two weeks still sitting in couldn't take the meds. She prescribed for me because they made me throw up and again nothing else was offered to me. So I finally the imaging center for a fifth time and they try to me they finally have my referral but they can't get me in for five weeks and I couldn't sit five weeks in plane. Also I was going back to New York for a few weeks so I called the office again and said they can't get me in for five weeks maybe can you give me a referral and when I go up to New York I'll have the test done there. Well that didn't happen all of a sudden about a week later. The imaging place called me up and told me they suddenly have a cancellation for the I never suggested a cancellation for the next day. I never made an appointment with the imaging place because it couldn't be fit into my schedule. I went back to my doctor and asked for a prescription. I have it done up north. So I went last Saturday to the imaging place had my sit down MRI again still sitting weeks later now in pain still seems to be getting worse. I called today to get my results now. I have a follow up appointment doctor in June so as I'm on the phone today to get my results, she says to me the nurse well if there's nothing wrong with Dr is not gonna reach out to you and I'm like well I've been waiting of my severe pain. I suggested to her a few weeks ago. I'd like to go to a chiropractor and she asked me if I would please wait until I get the results of this MRI so I really would like to speak to the doctor about it, she pulled up and she proceeded to tell me that the doctor recommended a neurologist to on March 4. Yes that's on my chart, but the doctor never said a word about it. She never spoke to me about it. nothing was ever recommended for me to go see a neurologist back on March 4. It's the end of April. I would've had the appointment made a long time ago. So I her that nothing was suggested to me about seeing this neurologist on March 4 and I did not really know about. She put me on hold and actually came back to the told me the doctor who you are forgot your case she's going to review it and call you back later. This was like 11 o'clock this morning. I sat all day waiting for call me back I go to a damn chiropractor. going to a chiropractor but how can a doctor have a practice like this to me? This is medical I'm in a lot of pain. She knows. I've been waiting for the test results so I can go to a is the one that suggested I not go to a chiropractor these test results come has left me here limbering in pain for weeks. I came to her for relief. I came to her for medical care and all I got were test ordered And neglect. I can't even get a phone call back from this woman. I am so disgusted and so pissed off that I have wasted 2 1/2 months of trying to get to the bottom of my pain and now I have to start all over again with a new primary who of course is gonna try and order test all over again thank God I have a of my MRI so I cut that right off, but I don't understandhow somebody and some nurses in this office are so unprofessional. I don't understand how this doctor can just let me sit here and limber and pain for so long. This is so unprofessional and MEDICAL NEGLECT

Joyce is cold, rude, and dismissive, and appears completely uninterested in helping patients. Her communication is abrasive and unhelpful, and she seems incapable of performing even basic customer care responsibilities. It is genuinely baffling why someone with such little empathy or concern for others works in healthcare at all. Patients should not be made to feel like an inconvenience or a burden. Until this office addresses its staff behavior and accountability, I would strongly caution anyone considering care here.
