Great Credit Union in Brewton, Alabama. This team can take care of all of your financial needs. Great employees. A very welcoming Credit Union. I'm a long time member, and the only issue that I've had is dealing with the shady, questionable "Upper Management" in the Pensacola Main Office, otherwise, The Brewton, Alabama Branch gets 5 Stars Plus. This is not a reflection on the Brewton branch, just to be clear. I will be closing my account due to the difficulty adding a checking account to my savings account. Honestly, I want to establish a relationship with a local credit union, but after three weeks of getting kicked out of their app, going to the credit union and being told I have to come back with my spouse, is a waste of my time. Even the customer service rep through the app said they were having issues with it, but didn't offer a link or mention it was being fixed. I'm about to apply for a HELOC, I can only imagine what a challenge it would be doing that if a checking account is this difficult read more
