This is the second time I've attempted to use Gullett Title. I'm 18 days into my closing process with Christa at Gullett Title. I've had to ask for settlement statements 4x over more than two weeks and after finally receiving it was inaccurate. It took over a week of asking for confirmation of the deposit moneys before she confirmed acceptance. Underwritting approved our buyer's financing over a week ago. I emailed Christa about ordering the survey five days ago and she responded at 6pm on Friday. I've had slow, poor and inaccurate responses from Christa at Gullett Title. My realtor had indicated they charge more money than other local title companies. I would not recommend doing business with them. Closings require competent individuals that are on top of their transactions and Gullett isn't that company. read more

I used Gullett Title to do my title Search, provide Title insurance, and handle the closing of my new house on January 8th 2020. After the closing, my family drove to our new house only to find a man waiting in the driveway saying he had an easement across our land and that we could not lock our gate or secure our property because he and others could access it at any time. I called Gullett to find our if this easement was legal and if so, why wasn't it turned up during the title search? It is now Dec 22 and have made numerous inquiries to Gullett Title and Mr Gullett has never called me back. He has has a receptionist call me to let me know he is too busy to deal with my issue. YOU DON'T WANT THIS GUY TO DO YOUR TITLE SEARCH OR PROVIDE TITLE INSURANCE!!!! Avoid this scam operation at all costs! read more
