However, immediately after the wall was built, I began having people who walked by my house, stop and tell me that my wall was not level, pointing out issues with how it was installed, letting me know it was failing. Imagine my surprise, as this was a brand new wall. I reached out to DC Underground and all that was offered, was to fix the caps. Which, as you can tell by the attached photos, was not going to fix the problems with this wall. After agreeing to fix the caps, communication then stopped. Along with the wall not being level, already failing, etc. they left their equipment on my property for months. I also had to repeatedly ask for an invoice for the job, after completion, before one was provided. Since this wall was installed last year, it has continued to fail. There are drainage issues as well, and I'm having to hire another company, to demo and install an entirely new wall, a year later. Also I might add, my total cost was $8400.00 for this failed retaining wall project. in which Caleb refused to fix. I'm sharing this, as I want to express how important it is to look in to who you're hiring for interior or exterior projects at your home.
