I recently was asked by an Estate Executor to sell his family's long time home in San Francisco. I have specialize since 1989 in working with families during the probate process and have consequently worked with hundreds of attorneys over the years. The executor warned me upfront that this was a complicated case and it was. I found their attorney, Mr. Gullotta, familiar with the local court process which was impressive especially since his Practice is in the North Bay. I found him accessible, quick and efficient with the paperwork. Thru all the minutiae and disfunctionality of the situation, he stayed positive and when new Orders were needed, he researched and then confirmed the research with the clerks and in many case the Orders were prepared the same day. He was fast and effective. During the confirmation hearing he was prepared with Order in hand, answering all the Judges questions resulting in no delays and the Judge signed the order right there and then.. He then delivered to Order to the Title company as he left the court house. 23 years specializing in this field and I never saw that before or since. He's good and I recommend highly. read more
