So I got in contact with them concerning my factory case for my P320 and they will have it on or around Jan 15th. I'm very pleased.

Store prices are higher than website prices. My first and probably only experience with the store. I saw a 30 round magazine in their website for $14 and just stopped in to see if they had some in the store. Sure enough they were there, but the label on the package was priced at $25. I explained I saw them on their website for $14, and they said if you want that price you should order online and wait about 5 days for it to come in. If you want to shoot today buy those. I placed an order for a part. the web site was acting up so I called and spoke to a human. she was kind and placed the order and took payment. I did receive an email stating the transaction number nbut not an order number., I have waited patiently for 2 weeks and never heard another word. I have called and called no one answers the phone I have left messages but no on returns the call. I have forwarded the email I received and have not received a return email. worst customer service I have ever experienced. read more

These guys are just fabulous. Dianne and Greg are very professional and very easy to talk to. Being new to the gun scene I was able to ask them plenty of questions and they were just fabulous. Online orders can be a little tricky but I mostly attribute that to the fact that I bought the gun on a holiday. read more

What a great gun store! Customer service is top notch and their firearms knowledge is the best here! We purchased 2 firearms here, our experience was phenomenal. First example, we wanted a special gun that sells out quickly. The owner checked and verified they a had couple on order. I gave them a deposit and they called me as promised, on time. Excellent customer service! We also took the CCW Class offered by the shop owner. Such a valuable class, he kept it interesting and had great examples throughout the presentation! We have not enjoyed a successful local gun store in Mesa for quite a while. When I heard they were open for business I decided to drop in for a little recce. Owner (Nick) former Marine is first class, outstanding customer service even though they knew I was just kicking tires. The store is very modern and makes use of the best and most attractive fixtures to display their large inventory. I like to 'roll the cob' with vets to determine if they are the 'real deal' and I was not disappointed. While I was just leaving the store, a customer came in with an issue with an MSR that he had just purchased in the weeks preceding. Nick said he would make it right and started to work on the rifle immediately. I'm impressed, and so will you. read more

I had just moved here from Cali and I wasted no time in looking for my dream pistol.. the x series p320. I spent a week looking for this pistol traveling gun store to gun store, about twenty give or take. Guns 2 ammo didn't have it at first but they went out of their to find some for me and they did. While other places told me good luck , they tried and succeed. Since I bought the gun from them, I was able to take their ccw class for free, AWSOME! I learned a lot in the class, definitely proud that I didn't skip out on the opportunity to learn about carrying instead of relying on my own judgment with constitutional carry laws. Not to new to guns but Im new to this. I learned everything I needed to know to feel confident and safe. I highly recommend the class regardless if you buy a gun or not. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. We all laughed, he had everyone's attention, we all learned. I'll definitely be going back and will for sure recommend this store to everyone. I normally do not leave reviews, but felt compelled after my experience. I was referred to Nick here at Guns 2 Ammo, and although there were many closer shops near me I am glad I made the drive. First, these guys are all funnier than crap. Second, they know their stuff. Everyone there was super helpful, but Nick is the man...enough said. If you need help give them a call. Absolutely awful business, steer clear! Ran my credit card 2 weeks ago, promised to ship my purchase multiple times, finally got fed up and cancelled my order. They do not respond promptly to emails or text messages as stated on their website. I called to complain, a store employee refused to allow me to speak with a manager and hung up on me twice. Had to call back 4 times to speak with a manager. No apology for issues. They are not adequately staffed to handle their volume, and confessed to such during the multiple attempts to get my product. read more

I really do not like leaving bad reviews but when you have a level of service or lack there of like I received this week it's really hard not to do. I responded to an ad they placed on Armslist both through the Armslist website and by texting and calling the number for Guns2Ammo which was linked. I text a few times inquiring about their ad and then decide to try calling. I get a reply asking me to "Please Text", so I text them again. No reply. I have pretty much given up on this retailer, and then I get a misdial from them at 10pm that night so obviously the number works. Very weird. Regardless, the ad they keep on updating on Armslist is very misleading because when you click on the link to purchase from their website, it's out of stock. Seems like a ploy to just make an effort to drive traffic to their website. Which would work if not for their abhorrent lack of response and customer service. Oh well, I'll take my business elsewhere to a more competent gun store. read more

Most of my online purchases with firearms parts dealers have been a good experience. like a lot of others i'm a hobbyist gunsmith with a fair amount of experience especially with most Glocks and AR 15's. I've usually always got an AR 15 project in the works or on the bench. I say all this to say that this purchase was not a good experience. Their were shipping delays, promises, slow communication(then none), and finally 11 days after order delivery of nice Aero Precision lower and very bad upper with small scratches,machining marks at front and rear, and no forging marks. Basically generic junk. Steer clear of online business with them. They are not ready for prime time. Stick to the proven sites over these guys. read more

Do not buy any product online from this merchant. I can't comment on Guns2Ammo in store service. Guns2Ammo had a very good price on a Leupold vx-5.The merchant with the next best price had a clearly stated no return policy on optics. Guns2Ammo has a small disclaimer that the bottom of their webpage indicating they don't allow guns and some ammo to be returned. There is no clear method on their web page for returning items. This is for a reason and should have been a big red flag! I received the scope and noticed a defect in the paint. Took pictures and contacted Nick (owner) through the "help" section. Nick indicated they would check inventory and swap scopes if possible. If not, then start a RMA to Leupold. I stated that a swap or a refund was the only acceptable resolution and that's when things went south. In my opinion a swap was never going to happen as i think they are always "out of stock" on returns. Nick and no one else from Guns2Ammo answered my phone calls or emails or "help" texts to this day. I'm 65, own my own business and would rate myself as a very reasonable person. Again, my advice is to never buy anything on line from this merchant read more

So knowing how reviews work for small businesses I wanted to give a shout to Nick and the crew. So I stopped in after passing the place every month for a long time and wound up purchasing a Glock 17 at xmas. Guys were totally great and knowledgeable. Took the CCW from Nick the next weekend. When I was in the market for a shotgun of course I went back. Got a mossberg 88 and ordered a pistol stock for it. Wound up being a cluster trying to get the vendor to ship. Talked with Nick and bam tried a different source and got a cool piece. Quickly. Bottom line is he was concerned about making the deal right. i purchased a handgun from these folks using my bank debit card and it went very well. the charge went through on my september 2019 bank statement. but when i received the october bank statement there was another charge that was higher than the payment for the handgun. i called them and they denied that this charge was from them. their denial continued even after i sent them the information from my october bank statement with their company listed as the source of the charge. this has been a very frustrating situation for me. this is fraud and has been reported to the federal trade commission. of course my bank is also treating this as fraud and have taken every precaution applicable on my behalf. read more

Unfortunately Al is right! They blow smoke and tell you your first on the list and they'll call you when your item comes in, but they don't. I've seen the item come and go. Watch out for price gouging too! They insist they won't "be like the other guys", but that's not the case. Disappointing. read more

Every single time I come into this store, I have an amazing experience. Alec, Chris, Nick(owner) and their new hire Shaun are all awesome when it comes to purchases and suggesting firearms. Also it's definitely a great place to talk shop and guns and the atmosphere is incredible. They are also an Fraternal Order of Police Supporter and to see the sticker on the front glass pane door just tells me they are pro-law enforcement which is badass. And being that the owner is a Vet is even better. I highly suggest that this place is a goto stop for decently priced ammo and firearms. read more

Online buyers beware. Guns2Ammo is not a reliable online retailer. I got the run-around for 4 weeks with empty reassurances about my order. The staff was always polite when I called but they were never able to give me reliable information and failed to give return calls when they were promised. The only good thing that I can say is that they initiated my refund within 24 hours when I formally requested it in writing. I recommend taking your online business somewhere else. read more

Went online and ordered a gun, filled out the FFL along with the payment. On their site it showed the gun in stock so I figured that it would ship as soon as possible. Checked on their site to see what the order status and it showed that there was no order. This went on for 6 days when I sent an email to them and they returned an email letting me know the item was out of stock and then I received another email that they lost their supplier. I went on their site and found the same gun listed for $90 more with showing it being in stock. I probably would not have heard from them unless I has contacted them. Highly recommend finding a reputable dealer and save yourself a lot of grief! read more
