The owner Mrs. Kay, greeted us, and an even more pleasant surprise was how nice she was. Two of the guys were standing around and when others came in they decided to help them instead. The first two trips the customer service was not great as they were very unfriendly but he decided to try again today and we won't be back. We Will drive to Dothan or visit the other Pawn store in town who are by far more friendly and helpful. Do not recommend going to them if you want good service.
