Took my vehicle there to get the tires replaced I had the tires needed to mount and balance them. Asked and agreed on the price The employee removed my tire off the vehicle Remounted the tire off the wheel and refused to mount the tire I supplied with until I paid him. I never said I will not pay for mount and balance at any point. Agter going back and forward he ended finishing the job fe started. He fused to give me a receipt for job so I paid and left had no choice. I mention to him to what the correct is n to set it at that PSI he had under inflated my tires pressures several hours later 2am I got flat tires because of my tire pressures being under flated. I needed a quick car wash since I didn't have time to detail wash my car so I came to this place because it's touchless. My car was dirty and had fingerprints over them since I used the valet service. They have 3 different options for washes so I chose the middle one because I'm particular with what products go on my car. I didn't trust using their credit card system so I paid with cash. I got back my change in coins and I believe it give me back extra coins unless there was a special I didn't know about. The car wash process was okay and the best part was no touching the car at all. My car didn't come out fully dry but hopefully it won't have any water spots because it says spot free. read more

This is perfect for luxury cars that you want to wash without scratching up the finish! Super cheap and the only place I will go to wash my black 2022 Accord. Its a Gas station with service garage and snack shop. The fun part is the name - Gus's if you think about it basically you pumping Gas at Gus's, a little smile when you want to cry (Gas Prices). the Place is clean there are many pump stations I never had to wait. There is a automatic car wash station, not that high quality wash but good enough to clear some dust of your car. Snack shop the same as any gas station in LA. Well I got ripped off. I came here for a smog check but didn't pass even though my car was just a few years old. I had an issue with the computer which took weeks to track down. They told me to just come back when I got it fixed and they'd run it again. When I made it back he told me that I only had 30 days and the offer was up. There's no mention on the sign paper work I have. He asked, "Don't you have the invoice?" while he's holding my pink piece of paper that says invoice in to top right corner. These guys are not cool. I stopped to buy propane gas at this station and only my tank filled me 3 gallons but they charged me 5 gallons in total and they did not return the money for the 2 gallons that were left to fill because the minimum to fill supposedly is 5 gallons which is a theft because they do not charge only for the gallons of propane that the customer needs, do not buy propane here. read more

I bought a battery maybe 2 years ago with a warranty, i think it was 48mos. In any case the service guy not very "freindly" in the garage stated if i did not have a receipt he would not honor the warranty. I would think a service/repair shop would have documentation of such transactions in their computer. If you want service or battery replacment go somewhere else.
