This place specifies that it is "artisanal " which I do believe they have to meet some special crafty quality measures to be able to put this in their name. I had the pistachio. It was amazing! They have over 20 flavors and flavors of granita as well. What an amazing gelato spot this is! We will be coming back before we have to leave Sicily.
