Mark was suppose to come this afternoon, but due to weather he called and asked to come early (mine was an indoor job, and it was raining, so his other job had to wait). That was more than agreeable with me. Mark and his helper showed up on time, they were friendly and respectful. They got right to their work. The job was a bit more complex than either he or I had expected and took a bit longer, but he powered through. When it came time to settle up, I was anticipating him saying the job was bigger and the price had gone up, but he is an honest man, and quoted the agreed upon price. That is rare today. When I requested them to go back to finish the job, Izzy was not professional and somewhat belligerent. It wasn't able to look up my account or previous invoice. He stated someone would be coming and they never showed up. He told me I tried to schedule last minute when I actually gave him a five day notice. All my correspondence is in writing. The job was supposed to include fixing a leak and removing a slop sink, then capping/shutting off the line until we replaced it. They did fix the leak, but they left the slop sink in place with the faucet still leaking, so the work was only partially completed, and they still insisted on upfront payment. To make things worse, the person on the phone was extremely rude and told me I "should have mentioned" that they'd have to wait for payment. Isn't that something the company should clarify in advance? Overall, a very unprofessional experience.

I noticed on the first day my hardwood floors were being installed Brandon was just as meticulous as I was and he noticed ever fine detail and made sure it was perfect. Brandon's goal was to make us happy. He Is a very respectable man I felt comfortable having in my home. I had estimates with a couple other companies who tried to nickel and dime me or over charge my installation square footage just to make more money. Also I had a company ask me why in the world I would put hardwood floors in my home and not engineered floors. Brandon had no issues installing hardwood floors and gave us a VERY reasonable estimate and the charge was the charge no last minute up charges. Also every spec of Debris was cleaned up at the end of each day leaving no mess for me at all. Garbage was not even left at my residence Brandon hauled it all away.
