First of all, they're based locally so when you call, a real person picks up the phone-not some phone bot in a far away country. They got my info and the sales manager quickly showed up to explain what they could do and give me an estimate. I was happily surprised that his estimate was significantly lower than what I thought. Within a couple of days, their truck pulled up and their friendly crew got to work. Within an hour, they had the gutter guard completely installed.
