Our first was a remodel where he was very prompt and efficient, including using some of our original gutters that were still in fine shape. He was recomended by my general contractor. Our second was a high snow load metal roof requiring a rod and nut system, with down pipe offsets, etc. that all turned out both good looking and effective. When our snow load roof needed a minor maintenance item due to ice build up over the winter, Jeremy explained the solution effectively and provided me the parts at a very fair price (I am a DIY'er when possible). I had this done a couple of months ago and although it appeared to be a great job I wanted to wait it out through a few heavy rain storms before leaving a review. BLUF they did a fantastic job, no issues at all! In fact, once there work was complete they reduced my final payment because all of the anticipated materials were not needed. I would have never known. They were competitive with other quotes I received, they were completely honest (thus the reduced payment), and performed incredible work. Thank you NSL!

Deeply unimpressed with this company. Got my estimate quick enough but since it was just a repair…read morecommunication was terrible. I was originally quoted $1600 for the repair, which I was happy to pay. Once the contractor finally got here he made the decision to do a completely different repair that took significantly less time and materials, and they still wanted to charge me $1400 for a job I could've done because "there aren't roof companies that do repairs, so we really do them as a favor so we make the short list when you need a roof". Had I received the correct communication or the amount of work done I was originally told I'd be getting this would be a better review. $1000 in the end for work I could have completed faster is wild.

They kept me informed of the entire process, and were respectful of my property and will even be doing a follow up after the snow melts (they did the job in winter, and want to be sure the area is clean in the spring.) They took care of everything, the permits, the cleanup, and follow up. Very professional and accommodating. They helped with the insurance adjuster and now I have a roof up to code and my home will be protected for years to come. Thanks David Hilliard for coming to the rescue on this project. I highly recommend Mighty Dog Roofing in Missoula MT if you have any roofing needs. I also see they do windows; I may have to change a couple out and I know who I'm going call.
