When reminded of something that was missing was met with an attitude and a half ass root beer float (ordered by family) that rung up at $10. The cheesesteak is terrible. The meat is tough (opposite of a real philly), the cheese wiz isn't true cheese wiz, and just cause of the size doesn't make up for it in taste. The fries aren't seasoned and aren't grand. taste almost like frozen potatoes. Burgers were nothing great either especially for a cheeseburger priced at $15. there isn't a whole lot of room to sit anywhere, so the atmosphere is tight and can only imagine when truly busy. Overall, highly disappointed in our time here. I wouldn't go back nor would i recommend it either.

The only complaint I have is that the pretzel bun did not stay together. My husband and daughter enjoyed the chicken fried chicken with greens and mashed potatoes. He had the kitchen manager Drew come out to speak with me and he was very understanding. James or Jimmy you are a bad manager in training. Kitchen manager Drew even recalled us making the reservation and James could not own up to the fact he didn't do his job as he said over the phone you'd take care of us.
