I made an account just for this. The 70 route is the most unreliable, consistently late train wreck I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing in all my time using public transit. Right now, it is around 7:40 pm. If the ride gwinnett qr code is to be believed, I will be waiting for another hour and a half for a bus out of Indian Creek. To make it worse, there were multiple other buses listed 10 minutes ago that disappeared. This isn't even the first time I've had major issues. On multiple occasions over the last month, I have had to switch buses mid route. Once, we pulled on to what I think was an access road three stops before I needed to get off and restarted the route from West Park Place. Another time, the driver pulled over at the first stop and we had to wait 10 minutes for another bus to come get us. Both of those times, the driver couldn't give us a real reason besides "traffic is bad". 7:53 pm P.S. : A bus that wasn't even listed on the tracker website just got here. If a single one of these buses were capable of running on time, I would be almost home. The poor user experience feels almost like it's by design at this point. If the regional Xpress buses ran later in the mornings and evenings, I would use them 100% of the time. For riders like me, it becomes a safety concern when issues like this happen on a daily basis. read more

This service is ok unless Barbara is driving on the route 30 she is just down right mean and disrespectful of people who ride the bus! She refuses to let you on without a mask even though there is always a box of disposable mask on the bus when you get on! Yet she wears hers hanging from one ear! I have bad knees and am on Medicare and she still refuses to let me sit in the seats on the front of the bus when my knee was acting up She never lets anyone sit there nor will she drop the side of the bus so it is easy to get on and she never pulls up to the curb you are made to step off at street level So you almost fall getting off! And once she left the bus for 37 minutes with people on it so she could go to Chick FIL A I saw her put have the police take a young man off the bus because he spilled water even after he kept offering to clean it up he was taking a sip of to take pills! And last week when I was trying to cross Lawrenceville Hwy to get on the bus when I saw it coming she sped up on purpose and refused to let us get on the bus! If she had not been so fast I would have been standing at the bus stop we had to wait 67 minutes for the next bus! BARBARA NEEDS TO GO! On 4/12/2022 she stepped off the bus away from the camera and microphone to yell at a guy for not wearing a mask! This woman is the epitome of RUDE! I would rate at a zero but that's not an option. This is the worst transportation service I've ever used. The buses are always late or missing, the bus drivers have horrible attitudes and often times they would pick arguments with the passengers on the bus. I was one of those people they picked arguments with. Not to mention they would keep the AC on during the winter and turn on the heat when it's hot outside. I cannot express enough times I've been late for work because of these services. read more

The bus driver for the afternoon bus route 101 985 P&R at 3:49pm is late every day. She refuses to get next to the curb and lower the bus down like the other drivers do. She always gives dirty looks. And she drives like a maniac. The other day I literally bounced off my seat and was nauseous by the time the bus arrived. Worst driver and has a horrible attitude. I wish I had Yani the morning driver in the afternoon too. Yani is amazing. Gwinnett Transit you need to do better. read more

This isn't actual county transportation. This is just a venue to get people into and out of Atlanta. If you are otp and need to comute otp, you are s.o.l. I live near Mall of Georgia. Huge mall. Why are there no transit options? Not even bike lanes. The area should be teeming with buses and bike lanes/tracks but nope. Nothing Mainly writing this review so transport folk can get input. I moved from out of state, have lived several areas in the US and have NEVER seen a region so uncaring of non car commuter options as here. Untie heavy rail from the tax and get the vote passed. People WANT to have local transit and bicycle options. The community NEEDS local transit and bicycle options. Low wage workers, needed by many businesses, can't always afford cars, give them a bus or safe bike routes! Many shoppersand tourists are preferring more economical travel options that are greener, you give people a way to get around and they WILL spend the money! Alternatively, tax the businesses a penny more. Those additional commute options will bring more foot and bike traffic to their door. It's a win for everyone. read more

I cannot stand this transportation. I have had so many bad experiences. They have the AC on during the winter. One time they left the fire emergency hatches open when it was 30 degrees outside. The busses are normally late and the flyers online are not up to date about what holidays they are closed on. Their customer service is rude. I called to ask about when the busses were coming on MLK and the woman on the phone spoke to me in a very rude tone. read more

I give Gwinnett county Transit 5 stars . these drivers and this bus company have worked through the whole pandemic. Never closing to support working people to get them to work. Many people have personal complaints about a driver or the company but they continue to use us and our services. read more

GCT is THEE worst. There are people who depend on public transportation to get them to work on time. Yes, things happen like traffic or technical difficulties but the 10B bus North and Southbound is CONSISTENTLY late! There's no reason this beyond poor management.
