Install outdrive. Nasty attitude, but went with them because I was stuck. Did the drive, I paid and they said they would deliver. Waited the day they said. Never showed. Got boat from yard myself since they did not deliver. Hoses loose, clamps missing, bilge pump wire not fastened. After calling the nasty owner said it wasn't ready. These guys are great. I have taken my boat there for repairs several times when broke down during a camping trip and they have saved the day twice. I had one of the worst experiences with Gwinn's that I have ever had from any service provider. Gwinn's told me I needed my impellor replaced and that the part would be $40 and it would take a couple hours of service. After taking much, much longer than promised, I finally get my boat back. Instead of the price I was told, I get a bill for over $600 which also included a new battery that I did not authorize. Gwinn's has extremely poor customer service, is way over priced, and very unprofessional. I will never use them again. Please be warned. read more
