It definitely allows me to sleep a little longer in the mornings because I don't have to worry about the extra commute after the gym. This gym has a LOT of machines. They also have quite a lot of cardio machines as well. the only thing I do not like that there are a limited number of free weights and benches. Don't get me wrong, they have a lot more than places like Planet Fitness, however, I feel that they should have more. The only thing that threw me when I first started going here was that this place is really dark inside. They have it themed kind of like a night club or something, with a lot of stage type lights and LEDS and such. Overall, it is really dark. I am used to a gym normally being really lit up, but it didn't take too long for me to adjust. It is not too dark, enough so that it doesn't interfere with your ability to successfully log in a solid workout. There aren't a bunch of meat heads grunting and screaming either. Now I don't get intimidated by that or nothing, however, I find it highly annoying and distracting. So far, I have not seen too much of that. They do blast rap or rock music over their music venue style speakers, so if you don't have headphones at least you won't be working out in silence.

Been doing regular Crossfit classes here for about 3 months and I love it! Breakdown: Coaches: I found the coaches to all be really nice! They definitely know what they're doing and they all have different areas of expertise. A lot of them have a background in some sort of PT or exercise. Equipment: Up to date equipment! I have yet to see any broken equipment. They mostly use Rogue equipment, which I personally prefer. Environment: Very clean. I've been here in the late evening and they have someone clean the gym everyday, which I appreciate with how much people sweat here. They also have a 2nd location on Carnegie Ave closer to Fort Bliss. It's smaller but it's still clean, fully equipped and really nice. People: Everyone is super nice and I the best aspect of Crossfit is that every one cheers each other on despite your skill level. People here come from different fitness backgrounds but they all want to improve and be the best they can be. Classes: I like that they have early morning classes and late classes. I like the regular Crossfit classes but they also offer FemmeFit (Crossfit for women), Crossfit Kids, and Fit Club (Weightloss program). They also have Open gym's on Thursdays so you aren't constrained to just doing a preset WOD all the time. Price: It's a very good membership price especially for Crossfit and the area. And trust me, I shopped around. People can complain all they want about the prices here, they offer a tremendously great deal for the quality you get. Remember, you get what you pay for. Yes, you can take "crossfit classes" at EP Fitness, but it's far from the same quality, plus they aren't Crossfit Affiliated. Give it a try, I don't think it hurts to try, and I think it's been one great experience.

My Time Fitness is a 24/7 open gym, it provides a play room for kids and includes some insane exercise classes. They have strength & endurance classes at 5am M-Th and some classes at 6 & 7pm, kind of like Zumba but wayyy better. They incorporate weights with cardio and lots of squatting, the classes are my favorite thing about the gym, they push you to your limit & are so friendly. Very nice environment, really clean & everyone is basically family there! Just an amazing gym, definitely recommended.
