I went here this weekend for a sound bath and it was also my first time here. I am someone who…read moreloves getting immersed in the sounds, particularly of the glass singing bowls. When arriving yesterday, I met Sarah first who is the sound bath practitioner. She was very nice and had great energy. I then met the owner who is also nice and has a calming energy. I also appreciated the samples of stress relief tea they have there. I also liked the personal touches in the store and thoughtfulness. For the sound bath experience, Sarah made mention of considerations for everyone there including being as quiet as possible. During the session some people didn't seem to listen to that and a cell phone dropped, there were chairs moving, etc. There were other external noises that made it difficult for me to be fully immersed. I felt my jaw clenching with each external sound made. I do appreciate the value and the experience. For me and my personal needs, I would need a very quiet environment to get fully immersed and relaxed. I didn't shop around but I saw a lot of unique items in the store that were beautiful and focused on wellness and energy.
