Horrible experience don't expect to receive what you paid for. I have attached my issues and her responses. Me- To say this was a disappointing appointment was an understatement. My mom (Cinda Freitas) had spoken to you at length before making the appointment and was told about 4-5 services you would be providing. I was very reluctant at the cost but since it was her birthday and she was excited we trusted in your representation over the phone and the text below. She received 2 done very poorly and the entire appointment taking 1 hour. On top of that your facility was dirty. Your washroom had no toilet paper or hand soap. She was upset. I am not a person who allows a business owner to take advantage of others without my making sure it's documented wherever I can to warn others. That's my good karma. And this was theft. Every person from Sharon the owner to April who runs the venue and every staff member we had contact with were super nice and accommodating. The venue is well marked for appropriate social distancing with many options for location and price for tickets. Sound and lighting for the Forgotten Space show was top notch with seasoned vets running the show. Strict cut off time for music is 10 pm but you are welcome to hang around the fire pits in comfy chairs after the show. Bonus was morning yoga on the grass at 9:30 am. Since then, I've grown to love and support the Hogs right alongside him! The vibe driving up to the stadium is absolutely amazing--it gives you chills even before stepping inside. Every time we visit my husband's hometown, we make it a tradition to stop by the stadium gift shop to grab some merch. The customer service has always been top-notch--everyone is so welcoming and friendly! On our last visit, they even let us tour the museum inside the stadium, which was such a cool experience. I'll admit, I didn't know who anyone was, but luckily my husband was there to give me the full Razorback history lesson. Another family tradition of ours is taking a picture in front of the fountain each year. Unfortunately, it was under construction during our last trip, but we're hopeful it'll be ready for our next visit. One day, I truly hope we get the chance to fly out and experience an actual game in person--I can only imagine how incredible it must be! Razorback Stadium isn't just a place for fans--it's a special experience that brings families and traditions together, no matter where you're from.

I have…read moresome important collectibles I wanted framed, and they told me anyone worth going to either works or was trained here. I first contacted Frame Fayetteville in mid-June of 2023. And the owner was nice, understood the importance of the work I wanted done and even offered to come to my home to offer design options to fit well with my home. We set an appointment, and he never showed. I tried contacting him, and he never responded. I have now reached out multiple times via text and phone (even from another number); leaving voicemails with no response at all over the past 4 months. It finally reached the point where I had to ask a relative to swing by this business while they were in Fayetteville to make sure the business didn't have to close down. Doors were open and the owner was there. He had apologized to me at the time, stating he had some things come up and that he could come out today in the early afternoon today (10/9/23). Unfortunately, he never showed up again and refused to respond to my attempts to contact him. Do they do good work? I will never know. I've given up on trying with this business any longer. I don't think I'd personally trust a business to handle my valuable collectibles when they've shown such poor business management practices.
