I have been to numerous places Throughout the United States in various states and haven't even come close to anyone with this level of service. Chef Usman used to also prepare homemade awarma and Sujuk. I'm now hesitating to buy awarma and Sujuk from this place. Really sad to see this happen to one of my favorite stores in the area. I guess we will have to look for another place that prepares the Turkish products the way chef Usman used to.
