    Falafel Hummus Wrap
    Kassidy W.

This place was pretty good. The falafel had some crunchy bits that were a bit rough for me but the flavor was there. It is inside the mall so you do have to deal with mall traffic and parking but if your already inside, this is a good go to.

Falafel hummus wrap with "Kurly" fries.

Shopping for wedding gifts at Macy's during our lunch break, a coworker and I stopped by this Great Wraps at Cumberland Mall for what would become my first foray into this national franchise. Great Wraps can be found in 20 states, mostly in mall food courts. The business advertises its wraps as the "new American sandwich," whatever that's supposed to mean. Great Wraps offers over a dozen different wraps with various regional and ethnic influences. Examples include: Philly cheesesteak wrap, chipotle chicken wrap, gyro wrap, Thai chicken wrap, and falafel hummus wrap. I went with the latter and made it a combo, my total coming out to $7 and change. A combo at Great Wraps simply means you get their original "Kurly" fries and a fountain drink with your wrap. One thing that's neat about Great Wraps is their "spice bar" at checkout. The curly fries come out plain -- think Arby's curly fries, but with no seasoning and less crunchy batter. The spice bar has six different seasonings you can add to spice up your fries. Seasonings include "Hellacious Jalapeno" and "Loaded Baked Potato." The wrap itself was pretty good. The ingredients were generic, but fresh. The veggies consisted of chopped Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers. These were combined with falafel and hummus. The tortilla shell was grilled. During a peak time (lunch hour), both the ordering and checkout process were a breeze.

I absolutely love this place! Not only was the food good, but they were very respectful, funny, and entertaining. You can see them making your food. The workers knew a lot about their product and they were very sure of the food. I would definitely eat here again. Note: if you are an uptight type of person you would not have had the same experience as me. I am very social and enjoyed every bit of the entertainment I received while I waited for my food with my wife. If you are looking for a good gyro this is most definitely the place to get it. You can sit and eat or take it to go. Completely up to you.

Wrong receipt along with multiple ignored requests, including ones they asked us (such as onions on a sandwich).

I've been to Riley's quite a few times, even when I didn't do a review. However, this time I needed…read moreto update my experience.... When I walked in... the young lady at the counter was on the phone having a personal conversation. I sat there until she thought it was a good time in her conversation to take my order. I ordered my same ol beef cheesesteak with provolone cheese, onions and ketchup. I was told 15mins, then she picked up her phone and continued her conversation. I decided to wait in the car because the music in there was extremely loud and I couldn't hear my phone call nor myself think. After 15mins... I went back inside and was told a few more mins, which turned into me waiting a total of 30mins for my sandwich. I was tempted to ask for my money back, but I was hungry and had my tastebuds set to eat this sandwich. Fast forward to me getting home. My cheesesteak was lukewarm. I didn't make any stops and it usually is still piping HAWT when I get back home. Not this time. I swear I should've known something was up just by my initial experience in the restaurant. Anyways.... My sandwich was smelling a lil spicy... I see a hot red pepper in the wrapping and thought they just wrapped it in my sandwich by mistake. Um NO! There were hot red peppers throughout my sandwich. It was as if they realized the peppers did not belong on the sandwich and tried to take them out, but a whole lot of them were left in there. Instead of making a whole different sandwich and having the young lady tell me there was a mistake with my order, they gave it to me as if it was what I ordered. I wouldn't have minded if I liked spicy food, but I don't. I actually despise it and have heartburn from the sandwich! The sandwich was extremely spicy, then it was like extra pepper was added onto it as well. Then the amount of meat that used to come in the sandwich is not the same either. It was only a small portion of meat on it. As much as I would love to go back to Riley's.... I probably won't.

If you're in Atlanta, do yourself a favor and go check out Hudson and Alphonse Deli…read more I had to come on here and give a major shoutout to Sammy, the cook and founder. From the moment I called in, his customer service was top tier. Professional, warm, and intentional. He made sure my order was right, sent a quick payment link so things moved efficiently, and had everything ready by the time I arrived. That's how you run a business. When I pulled up, he greeted me with a smile, brought my food out, and confidently told me I was going to enjoy it and he was absolutely right. I originally planned to grab my food and go, but his energy made me slow down, sit, pray, and actually enjoy the moment. I asked for a lime Jarritos, and he recommended pineapple instead to pair with the jerk seasoned wild caught salmon sandwich. That recommendation was on point and really elevated the whole experience. That sandwich hits. Every bite pops with flavor across your entire palate. The salmon was perfectly cooked, juicy but not soggy. The kale had the right crunch. The onions tied everything together. And that homemade garlic butter on the salmon took it to another level. It's a creative spin on a traditional cheesesteak. I'm sure the beef options are great too, but if you want seafood, this is the move. I've had a Philly cheesesteak in Philly before, and honestly, I don't need to go back. When I'm in Atlanta, I'm coming here. Sammy, thank you for the hospitality and the intentionality behind what you do. You didn't just serve food, you created an experience. Thank you for praying with me. I will definitely be back.
