I would strongly advise you to stay away from this hotel. I chose this hotel because it had…read morepositive reviews. During our 3 day stay: First, an extremely foul odor of sewage leaked from the pipes and into our room. Second, the air conditioning was non functioning. We asked for assistance and they "forgot" for two days. Third, we were told if we parked our vehicle ourselves it would only be 6 euro a day (instead it was 28 euro a day). Fourth, we paid for a queen bed, yet instead we had two beds pushed together with space in between. Fifth, was a lightbulb hanging from the bathroom ceiling which burnt and smelled when the light was on. We told them about this, and they said "we will get a technician out as soon as possible". One never came. A simple apology would have been in order, but not even one was given. They didn't seem to care, it appeared as if asking them about these issues was "bothersome" to them. We've been in Germany almost a month traveling across the country and have had ZERO issues with all of the other hotels we've used, except for this one. I cannot fathom how this is a 5 star hotel. I can only guess that they must have changed management because all of the other reviews were positive.
