This is to review the guest houses at this monastery. They were clean and more like a hotel. Very comfortable rooms, great food and breakfast and lunch and dinner as well. Ample choices for vegetarians. The guest house we stayed at, was a renovated old convent, well insulated and a great view of the Christ church pavilion as well. The monastery was very restive and quiet. Even the bells tolling every hour, seemed in perfect harmony with environment and didn't seem obtrusive at all. The monastery gives a guided tour too about the place, but only in German. It is well worth taking it though as it gives you more perspective and understanding about the art installations inside the Christ Pavilion, which alone is worth a visit to this place. read more
