And many restaurants and bars are all just a couple of minutes away walking. The Staff are all very friendly, several must be family members. They have a great locked ski room, with heaters for your boots and bench's to sit on to put on your boots. Breakfast is included like most hotels, but they may have the best! Rooms can be warm at night but the balcony doors can be positioned to let cool air in at night by turning the handle up and the top of the door will open.

This hotel is right next to the station just a few steps walk after getting off the bus so really convenient. Standard rooms very small with tiny windows. Too soft bed. Overall a good location if you want to be next to the bus station and it's just a 15 min walk to town center.

I would have been happy to take care of these issues privately but now I am left no choice. -Our dates were incorrect checking in -Our NYE reservations was not on file -Our parking was not on file -Our sink was broken for 3 days, we begged for it to be fixed, when it was on the 3rd day the maintenance man left a mess ruining our toothbrushes and many other cosmetics that we had to throw away (We were compensated $100, which is not sufficient). -There was no soap in the lobby bathroom for 2 days, which means that people used it and did not wash their hands, I asked every time I saw it for it to be replaced. -Upon check out I was told American Express was not accepted and was told the staff would take me to the bank to get money, totally unprofessional. -I asked for an invoice or receipt for charges in the room and I was told that wasn't possible. -There was garbage outside of the hotel every day that was not picked up for the entire week.

Closest bus stop is St Antoine (took the hotel days to get back to me with that info prior to my arrival however - it seems no one here knows what the names of the bus stops are and you'd think this is pretty basic info). Bed is two twins put together, a bit soft but not too bad. We were able to get into our room around one o'clock which was helpful as it was a Monday, rainy, and just about everything in town was closed. No coffee/tea making facilities in room. Lighting not good. There is a bar and restaurant. Breakfast is ok, with good croissants. In the middle of the night there was a power outage - seemed like for the entire town. Came back quickly enough - something that had never happened before.

Enio was great to offer support with regards to navigating the bus system, making dinner reservations, and making a great gin and tonic! The rooms were clean, lobby eclectic furnishings with a mix of funky fun and comfortable furnishings. While it is not the fanciest option out there, it is super friendly, clean and a great location. Just what you want and need at the end of a long day on the trails.

If it is during the non-skiing season, some rooms may be empty, so the owners are willing to let two people sleep in a 4-person room, which is what my wife and I did. The owners are very friendly and accomodating. The bathrooms are shared, but very clean and easy to use. The only downside is that it's a little out of the way if you want to see or spend time in Chamonix. There is a bus stop right outside the B&B that takes you to the town, but you have to plan ahead to ride the bus, since the hours are not too frequent. If you have a car, this is no problem, though.
