For example, my grandmother asked for two products and was told they would arrive in two business days (no checks in their database). I pressured them to find these products and they miraculously appeared.
The staff at Bauhaus act like its our job to do their jobs. On today's visit, I found hardly any people to ask questions to. I found managers hidden behind counters socializing on many occasions. I had to approach them and hunt them down. I stood next to a clerk and he did not acknowledge my existence. I had to separate clerks from their pack to ask them questions.
The material they have on sale is very good quality. However, I enjoy visiting local hardware stores that make the effort to acquire the goods you need than coming to Bauhaus.
