I was disappointed because we are huge Haagen Dazs eaters. Tonight after having a great dinner at Rosinella, we wanted to get some Ice Cream from our favorite ice cream we buy at the grocery store. Well the ice cream was great as expected but the portions were half the size of the "the frieze" which we had the previous day and our server was not happy working tonight. Thus, not sure what was happening in her life but hope whatever she is going through gets better. Häagen-Dazs has a brand NEW milkshake! The Irish cream brownie milkshake was DELICIOUS! I love baileys and Irish cream so this was the first thing on the menu that caught my attention! I am absolutely not a chocolate lover at all.. but the bits of brownie definitely tasted great with the coffee flavor of the Irish cream! I also enjoyed how smooth my milkshake was.. the flavors were light but still creamy.. it also fulfilled the sweet "craving" I had for the past few days! Not to mention.. Hello I went to your Miami Lincoln near store forever 21store this evening about 5:30 on . It was really busy with only two workers. One Caucasian and one black girl. Both were young. . Both were very nice even though line was long. You should try to staff more people and definitely someone to ring us your customers. Not very sanitary . My main comment was a rude customer that started yelling at the black girl (I am black and was offended) she was trying to tell the black girl how to do her job. The customer was mad because the line was long and the girl had to refill the ice cream. Many we're getting low and it did not look good. I felt for the young lady who was trying to explain to the customer that she was following the manager processes. The lady kept badgering the black girl and said nothing to the Caucasian young man. I step in and told the girl to follow her manager process and get the manager if needed. Another customer said the same Thing to try to help the girl . I could tell the young lady was sad but she held it together and kept working. The rude customer shut up. If she had continued I would have shut her down with why are you treating this worker like that and not blaming the other worker. This note is for the rude customers that don't understand these young people are working and follow their store processes. Take your issues up with store management who are not properly staffing their business. I see it every day since I have been here a few months. 1 or 2 people trying to wait on 10 people in line. Not good for business or incentive for people to come to work. These two young people did a good job based on what they had to work with. I am given this Five Stars because the Ice Cream was very yummy. Though if this based on the service, I would of given it no stars is possible. From the moment we walked in the young lady at the counter met us with an Attitude! I said hello and asked if still open. With an bad attitude she said yes. We close in 10 minutes. My husband and I just wanted to get one cone. I understood she was closing the store in 10 minutes. She made it clear that only ice cream could be served. No shakes. No smoothies ETC. Not a problem with that all. I know she wanted to go home. I work in retail and understand this. BUT have to be friendly and not have a bad attitude like she did. So this review is in regards to this particular store ... I love the Häagen-Dazs brand ice cream I think it's delicious ... now in regards to this store I had an annoying experience. I ordered a regular size Aloha mango smoothie, while the young lady is preparing it I check the price board and see that it cost $9.90 so I've taken out $11 for payment. When she's finished I'm giving her my payment and she states that it's not enough and I look at the register and realize that it says almost $15 (I don't recall the exact amount) so I asked the cashier why is it $5 more and I bring her attention to the price board which says my smoothie is $9.90 she then says that she added an extra scoop of mango sorbet so I asked why ... her reply was to give me the cost of my smoothie so I asked for the manager. The manager comes over and I speak to the manager and tell her the issue. The manager says well that's because she added an additional scoop of mango sorbet ... my inquiry remains the same ... well I'm not sure why I'm paying for that because I did not ask for an additional scoop of mango sorbet I simply asked for the Aloha mango smoothie and gave the size that I wanted. The manager says oh well she made a mistake so she had to add an extra scoop of the mango sorbet I said well that's fine but that still doesn't answer the question as to why I am paying an extra for something that I didn't ask for .... so I paid for what I actually ordered and that was the end of my annoying experience and the reason that this location is getting such a low rating for me. read more
