The hotel was spotless, the lobby was beautiful and the location of the hotel itself couldn't be beat, though finding it, at first, was a challenge because there were a few variables of Rue D'Antin (though that wasn't the hotel's fault). Also, there was a great selection of Asian restaurants on the block and surrounding streets; in fact, we enjoyed both Korean spots across the street from the hotel. In terms of improvements, at least in our sixth floor room, the shower could really use a curtain. It was impossible to shower without flooding the countertop and floor. Also, while it was a pleasant surprise to have AC in the room, it pumped out tepid air at best. We were able to sleep with the windows open on two nights, but on our final night (a Saturday), the street below became quite noisy, so we kept the windows shut. (Oh, and while there was a portable fan in the room, there wasn't an easily accessible outlet to plug it in to.) We were fortunate to use points for this stay, and daily breakfast was included. It was more than enough for us, and the hostess was friendly and helpful. It looks like many of the comments from previous (and older) reviews have been addressed: umbrellas were in our closet and the WiFi worked quite well. Pro tip: The Roissy Bus is a 7-minute walk from the hotel (behind the Opera House). You can buy your tickets at the electronic vending machine (cash or credit) where the buses park, or pay on board (cash only). We took it to CDG; for 12 euro each it got us to our terminal in 35 minutes.

I had an amazing, quiet, and clean stay here. This was my second stay (last time being back in…read more2014), and the location is fantastic. Not too noisy at night (I stayed in mid-August), as well as clean and extremely accommodating. They were happy to keep our luggage safe when we arrived too early for check in (so we were free to explore the city for a few hours without having to drag our suitcases everywhere). And at the end of our stay, they were also happy to put the cheeses and butters in their fridge for us that we were hoping to take back to the US since check out was hours before our nighttime flight. The hotel is super secure, they tend to lock all the lobby doors after 7:30/8pm, at which point you'll have to buzz in. If it's raining, they'll happily let you borrow an umbrella! (The quality of the umbrella was wonderful against the pouring rain.) One thing to keep in mind is that there is only one key per room, so you'll have to drop off the room key at the front desk every time you leave the hotel, and pick it up when you return for the night. If you're like me ( and most other hotel guests), and you tend to zip up all of your belongings for the day while the room is being cleaned, you'll have no issue. There was a TV with French channels, WiFi was a bit spotty at times (but it's Europe, so no complaints here), the bathroom was spotless. It was a bit difficult to shower without flooding the floors since there is just a small swinging glass panel to protect the water from spilling onto the other side of the tub, but it's fine. The pressure was actually great considering the age of the city, so it averaged itself out in my mind. There was also a fridge in the room, cleverly hidden in the cabinets chicly, as well as several drawer spaces for any belongings/knicknacks you may need to store. The breakfast was also considerably great; toasted croissants, apple croissant, chocolate croissant, plus three types of cheeses, two-three types of cold cuts (charcuterie-esque), hard boiled eggs, coffee, tea, OJ, apple juice, yogurts, fruit salad, fresh fruit, jams, honey, granola, nuts. Our tummies were full and we were always ready to hit the ground running each morning. Don't let the dollar signs dissuade you, the price is great considering the proximity to supermarkets (also recco grabbing souvenirs at the nearest Monoprix), Pierre Herme, Paul, Opera, Galerie Lafayette (if you're a shopper), and you can also walk 15-20 min to the Louvre/L'Orangerie. I also recco contacting the hotel directly to try and see if they can cut you a better deal than booking websites ;) Bon voyage!!

Our room was admittedly small by US standards however we knew it was a boutique hotel and what to expect. It was clean, safe and did have our own bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful despite our limited ability to speak French. The neighborhood is located close to the Arc de Troimpe and was very safe regardless of the hour. We walked or took the metro to all the major museums, sites, Versailles and even to the Bastille Opera. We used the Charles de Gaulle-Etoile as our major station and an easy 45 min train ride on RER A and B to the airport. There is a corner store a few feet away from the hotel with a good selection of food and drinks that's open until midnight.

There was a Keurig coffee maker in our room, and I inquired at the front desk about milk or cream that I could use for my coffee in the mornings. One of them immediately went and got me a small pitcher of milk which I could keep in the fridge in our room and use each morning for my coffee. I was pleasantly surprised by how eager they were to help us out. Each time we walked in or out the doors they greeted us with enthusiasm, offered umbrellas if needed, and more. I was very impressed. The room was perfect for our needs. It had minimal storage (both in the room and in the bathroom) but we made due. We had a small balcony too which was nice and worth the additional cost. It was just a view of the street, but we could still enjoy the sunset and get some fresh air. I would 100% recommend this hotel to others visiting Paris who are interested in staying in the 9th Arrondissement. There's also a really great Italian restaurant right next door called Via Mela. On a rainy evening when I didn't want to venture too far, it was absolutely perfect and I'd recommend grabbing a bite there if you stay at this hotel.

Not all the rooms of the same room type are the same, I stayed at room 105 and it was extremely small, and dark with only one small window, nothing like I saw on the hotel booking site. The closet was a joke, the width was at most 2 ft, with 4 hangers in it. Two of us were literally living out of a suitcase cos there was no room to put our personal items. We switched to a different room of the same room type after a couple days, which was located on the other side of the building, just like those in the hotel site pictures, and definitely bigger than room 105. The guy at the front desk was super nice. But I personally value comfort of the room and location the most, so I wish I had picked the 3-star hotel in the same price range, one street down instead.

The hotel itself is beautiful with a French film theme. We stayed in room 512 and loved it. It had a lovely balcony with an enjoyable street view and the room decor was charming. The size of our room was roomy enough to suite our needs while in Paris. The bathroom had good lighting and the pocket door was a solid door which I appreciate for a change after staying in 6 hotels in 1 month and 4 out 6 had frosted glass bathroom doors. Personally, I think glass doors look pretty cool but not very practical for bathroom privacy. This hotel offers free soft drinks and bottled water replenished daily in your room's mini fridge. All the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. I don't speak French except for a few phases and the staff made me feel at ease and comfortable with speaking to me in English. The hotel offers breakfast for a fee. I included it in our room reservation and I believe it was worth it. They have a nice variety of breakfast options to satisfy including croissants, pastries, bread, eggs, veggies, waffles, pancakes, cheeses, fruits, meats (extra kiddos for having poultry sausages aside from bacon for guest who don't eat pork). Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 7am to 10:30am and until 11am on Saturday and Sunday. Another great thing about this hotel is that it offers complimentary snacks in the lounge from 2pm to 2am. Mostly cakes, cookies, juices, tea, and coffee. Also, this hotel chain provides customers with a network around Paris where you can stop into any of their hotels for snacks and to use the restroom whenever you want.

This trip, been here twice. i can see T-3 from the front door of this Hotel. Not exactly next door , but less than ten with your bag. We came here tonight planning to fly tomorrow mid morning and not have to be involved with work traffic on the RER - B train or other travelers needing to be at CDG early. We can breakfast here or in the Terminal. Decide Tomorrow.

The food here is in general mediocre, and of course expensive for its mediocrity. Walk down to the IBIS, or there are several good places in the train station area. We are revolted that they would serve such food, and will not be back.
