We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect, we loved the neighborhood and we're close to every g we wanted to do. The hotel was clean, kept well, and classy. There was talk of bed bugs in Paris but we did not find a single one. The staff was incredible, the concierge gave us great suggestions and special shout out to Pierre and Daniel for always making us feel welcome. We will stay here again. Bon Jour!

I chose Paris for to celebrate my milestone birthday and I asked special friends of mine to share in my celebration. It was my first time in Paris & what a magical experience it was. We spent 5 days & 5 nights from December 1-December 5 2022 at the lovely Hotel Pont Royal which was walking distance from everything! There was a fabulous market directly across the street, along with fabulous restaurants & cafes within walking distance. From the moment we arrived to when we departed we were treated as if we were their only guests.  The beautiful Assunta greeted us so warm and courteous on arrival day and when we asked to check in early she immediately accommodated us. Our room had a beautiful balcony with a gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower as we requested. Our bed was so plush & comfortable and our bathroom was huge!!! Because my fabulous roomie & I are kindred spirits when it comes to packing lol we could've stored some of our suitcases in our huge bathroom! Our room also included a sweet & warm Birthday welcome from my travel team & travel agent I worked with, Cheryl & the Explorateur team. Thank you so much On arrival day we left for a bit and came back to find my room decorated with floating balloons and wine and chocolates on our desk. What a sweet surprise!!! Thank you Virgile Gueguen, Guest Relation Manager, and Assunta We were also given a GC for 2 free cocktails during the Pont Royal Jazz Session, compliments of Frederic Legallois, General Manager. Thank you so much!!!! Hugs to the sweet & courteous Sudesh who greeted us for breakfast every morning, and had the same amazing smile on his face throughout our entire stay. Much love to Daniel and Khalilou, the sweet men who were always available to assist & open the entrance doors for us and at one time hailed a cab for us in the rain. Soo courteous!!! Much love to all of our concierge staff including Adrien & Xavier who were so patient with us with our questions & requests, especially helping one of our friends. Much love to Freddie (I believe) the sweet man who had access to a supply room adjacent to our room. I was leaving my room one day and he was there and he didn't say anything so he wouldn't startle me but then when I turned around we both startled each other and laughed lol Much love again to Assunta. On our last day in Paris, we did a lot of shopping, and we asked her to store our bags at the front desk. Instead she volunteered to take our bags to our room. Such a sweetheart!!!! Much love to Mande who secured 3 bottles of water for us in the wee hours of the morning as we arrived back to our hotel late from our last spectacular night in Paris. Much love & appreciation to your housekeeping staff who changed our room daily and left us yummy macaroons & bottled water. Lastly much love to Hamidou! On Departure day he placed our luggage in our friends' car by mistake for us (because he didn't know it wasn't our car) and then when our car arrived a few minutes later he took our luggage out of our friends car, and with the help of our driver placed it in our car. Just WONDERFUL!! Sooooo if you are planning a trip to Paris, I highly recommend this beautiful and lovely hotel near the Champs Élysées.

The Eiffel Tower was behind this. No view at all.

I've stayed at the hotel many times over the years, the last time in 2017. Unfortunately this will be my last stay. The rooms have never been updated. I paid for an Eiffel Tower view and while they were happy to charge for it, they neglected to let me know that the view is completely obstructed by scaffolding and plastic (which flapped all night). The two stars are for the staff, who were attentive and polite.

Each balcony room was perfectly appointed and prettily decorated, comfortable beds but most importantly spotless (and cleaned each day). There are luxurious guest robes and many soft towels. The bathroom was so pretty and also spotless. The staff treats you like family and they are friendly, warm and so helpful. Prior to our arrival Alavia arranged airport transfers for our party of 6 as well as multiple restaurant reservations. While we were there, the staff arranged for our transfer to Versailles and helped us with reservations on two more occasions. All recommendations they made were wonderful. The lobby is also so comfortable and they serve breakfast downstairs in the hotel. The night before our departure, a thank you note and chocolate was left in my room as well as a tote bag. Such a special treat for us on a night we were sad to be leaving the next day. We fell in love with Paris and hope to go back. If we do, we will stay at Hotel Signature again! Thank you to Delphine, Manuela, Frances and Alavia for making my family feel so welcome in your beautiful hotel.

She took the time to give us a map and orient us to the hotel's location in relation to all of the major landmarks. We rode the very cute and very small elevator up to our room on the 6th floor. There are only about six rooms on each floor, so it is small and quaint in the best of ways. Upon opening the door to our room, we were greeted with the most lovely king suite. The suite was well appointed, with a large closet and shelves for storing your stuff, a mini fridge, a TV, etc. The wallpaper was totally intriguing, covered in black and white sketches of different Paris scenes and landmarks. Upon further inspection, we found that the wallpaper wasn't actually wallpaper! It was some kind of fabric wall covering like a canvas stretched over a frame. It was super cool and so representative of this intimate hotel. In our room, we also found a lovely personalized welcome note. I cannot say enough about how accommodating the people at this hotel are. We were assured that there is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, and indeed there was. On Christmas Day, we returned to our room to find a handwritten Christmas note along with some little treats from the nearby Maison du Chocolat, which we learned ourselves is NOT cheap. Manuela was a tremendous source of information for us, giving us directions, recommendations and helping us with special requests. The bed was very comfortable, our suite was clean and quiet. The bathroom was fine. We will absolutely return next time we're in Paris.

Clean hotel, nice amenities, very friendly and helpful staff from the breakfast staff to front desk to maintenance to concierge. Everyone was great and would drop everything to give me advice on sights to see, transportation, food options, and more. The rooms were expensive and above our original budget but with a 12 and 14 year old we realized a few years ago we need 2 rooms to be happy when we travel. This place is perfect and worth the money. We had planned to eat breakfast out a few times, but the hotel buffet breakfast had everything you need and enabled us to be out the door to see Paris faster than sitting down somewhere. The location is walkable to Louvre and Jardin Luxembourg, and to so many lively streets in St Germain. We ate a lot on Rue Buci and Rue de Seine, and on the streets behind the hotel such as Rue Princesse. So much to do near this hotel. We also used the metro with a stop beside the hotel, and explored the churches in St Germain which were breathtaking- no crowds and just as magnificent as Notre Dame. We all got a great night's sleep every night here, which we needed after exploring so much of Paris every day. We felt at home here and felt safe in the hotel and area.

The downside was that our toilet didn't flush and we had to call to get help flushing it four times during our stay until we were moved to a different room on our last night. The breakfast buffet is also pretty good with a fresh omelet station, meats, fruits, breads, and more. There's also a grab and go cafe in teh lobby that serves coffee and light pastries. All of the staff at the Pullman were very friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff, to the bellhops, to the maintenance team. The only unfriendly person my friend and I encountered was one of the bartenders in the rooftop bar. The rooftop bar is kind of a rip-off. You pay 25 euros to enter and a drink from a small cocktail list. All of the other cocktails are also 25 euros, so why not let me pick what drink I want for my "welcome drink?" It's also kind of small on the rooftop. Pictures online make it look much bigger than it is. That being said, you do get a nice view of the Eifel Tower from the rooftop. All in all, I would recommend the Pullman, however hopefully you won't get the same room we had with the messed up toilet.
