I have been to Copenhagen before but never rented a…read morecar.We Decided to rent a car from this location because they pick you up directly from the hotel and give you the car.. That morning there was a problem with the pick up which was rectified by Kenneth Jensen the supervisor. He made sure that we got a GPS and an automatic rental car.We felt very taken care of by the excellent service we received. He also gave us advice about our travels. I would definitely rent again from this company and ask for him. At the end of our journey we were able to drop off the vehicle at the hotel with no problem looking for the location of the rental company.
