So recently I have been on a bit of a Döner spree, probably because my friend from college came to…read morevisit and we have been enjoying some good beers and also because of Kölner Karnival. I have heard from many people that the best Döner in Köln is Oruc so I wanted to see for myself. Judging by the 3 lines that went out the door and the utter chaos I believe I found the right place. Even though my standards were high they were met, the Döner sandwich was bigger, the pita was cooked perfect and with the zaziki and spicy sauce it was a perfect meal after celebrating Karnival all day. I would like to see what the sandwich would be like if it wasn't so chaotic and they could put some more TLC (Tender Loving Care) in it. Since being in Köln I have seen many Döner places and for many people to say this is the best I think it's time for me to agree. Oruc simply the best Döner in Köln. You are welcome ;)
