Nobody was available to consult and offer to try and remedy the situation. As result I will have to engage in long court proceedings and will have to complain everywhere where I can. After thinking about my options I decided to book in for my procedure. I had my inner thighs done as these were the areas I hated the most. I didn't feel confident to wear shorts or skirts above the kneend as I hated my legs. Dr Gupta and the nursing team on the day of my surgery were all very lovely and encouraging. They made my experience a less nervous and anxious one. The procedure didn't take very long and the instruments used meant that there was less trauma to the skin and underlying tissue etc. The initial stages were a bit uncomfortable but once the areas were numb the rest of the procedure was a breeze. Thank you Dr Gupta for your handy work, I can now walk around wearing clothes I never thought I'd wear again and feel confident in myself again! You have changed my life.

They will make you feel very welcome until they have your money, once you swipe your card with thousands of pounds going into their account they will not give a shit about customer service. I decided to get a laser treatment and i decided to pay in advance , after that it was down hill from then on. The day of my second laser treatment i received a phone call from the so called manager of the firm Deborah Mulbah-Cummings, this lady is rude , unprofessional and her attitude stinks , although when i first met her she masked it all over with a fake smile and really bad coffee. I tried to complain about them changing my treatment day. i had waited for 4 weeks for this treatment and i have a really tight schedule due to running my own brokerage firm and on the day of my treatment , literately an hour before i received a call from this Deborah lady who undermined me, insulted my intelligence, robed me of my money when i ask for a refund and clicked me every time i called in to get my money back, due to them not having a nurse available on the day they promised i would get treated. this has escalated to me taking further action now and i'm in the process of speaking to my lawyer to take this lady to court .
